FAQ

We are in pop-up mode at the moment—no set schedule yet for 2024. We’ll keep you posted here and on our social media accounts.

Pop Up Beer Garden? What’s that about?

We first “popped up” here in 2018 as a second location to our brewery (Est. 2013). NO FRILLS. It is literally a bunch of beer garden tables set up with a view of the Ohio River. That’s it. It’s pretty chill. Really chill. Like, don’t expect too much. We have beers on tap as well as cans/bottles of local cider and local vodka based seltzers. We do have food trucks scheduled for our open days. Check our social media accounts for updates.

Is the Pop Up your only location? –

Yes, the Pop Up Beer Garden is currently our only location. You can either google 1836 Oxline Street or 1836 N. Franklin Street, PA 15233 for directions on how to get here. We do not brew at this location, however, we are still brewing in Pittsburgh. More details to follow on our nomadic brewing style.

Do you allow pets? – Pet owners PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING

We only allow leashed, well behaved pets at the beer garden Over the 5 seasons that we have had the beer garden open, there have been a couple of issues with crowds and pets and people being bitten (so stop dogg’n on establishments with no-pet policies). Please do not bring your pet here if they are anxious around other pets or people. Please take pets outside of the gates to relieve themselves. Also, please don’t allow pets on the table tops where people eat food. No pet butts on tables, please!

Do you allow children? – Parents PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING

Yes, however, children must remain seated with their parents/guardian. Please do not allow your children to throw gravel at other customers or pets (yeah, it’s a thing), and please do not allow your children to run around the beer garden like hooligans. Unruly children will be given a free rabid river bank rabbit to take home. Seriously.

Do you take reservations?

No, we do not take reservations or reserve tables.

Do you do private events at the pop up beer garden?

We will not close the beer garden for private events during our regular business hours. We have hosted private events on Mon/Tues/Wed in the past.

Is there parking?

Yes, we are located on the Three Rivers Heritage Trail and there is public parking along the river at the end of N. Franklin Street. There is also plenty of free street parking within walking distance of our location.

Not a question, just some of our favorite Google reviews:

5 stars – A relaxing spot along the river to have a couple quality beverages and enjoy the views. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t have a bike – you can drive over, too. Plus Roundabout makes top-notch beers of ALL styles – if you’re reading this and debating, just go. You could have been on your way by now! – Jon Stefaniak

2 stars – People brought their kids – Alyssa Alien

5 stars – It’s really nice to have a place like this along the trail. The beer is delicious and the rotating food trucks keeps it interesting and makes me want to keep coming back all summer long. – Kelsey Ripper
